King’s Court in Holt, Norfolk is Kingsley Healthcare’s flagship luxury care home.

Designed across 3 floors with 66 bedrooms, the home features a community café, salon, cinema room, library and private dining space as well as lounge, dining and quiet lounges on each floor. The palettes for each floor is inspired by the North Norfolk setting and throughout the home there are design touches, unique to its location. Art themes include local architecture, North Norfolk flora and fauna, Cromer fishing and a celebration of the Royal Family in Norfolk. On the second floor corridor connecting dining and lounge spaces, we designed a train carriage style seating area where the art is framed to suggest a window and the images are all North Norfolk views. The reminiscence lounge has been designed using retro fabrics, reconditioned Ercol furniture and a treasure trove of eBay finds including cane magazine rack, vintage magazines and Jubilee china as a further nod to the proximity to Sandringham.
